Step 1: Dial 9-1-1 and file a police report

Step 2: Fill Out Form HSN Reporting Form

Step 3: Send form to Amanda@hantx.org or fax to: (214) 651-7852

Once Natalie receives the form she will then send it out as a warning to all hotel security contacts and General Managers!  If you have any questions or want a new contact added to the list please contact Amanda@hantx.org.
