Currently looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic guest oriented individual to ensure the delivery of consistent service to all hotel guests and vendors.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: working at the front desk, assisting with scheduling, assisting with training, communication, employee morale, conflict resolution & problem solving.
Key duties: Providing guests with outstanding guest service, efficient & effective registration & billing services in a friendly, professional manner. Complete knowledge of OnQ system is preferred. Communication with both Engineering & Housekeeping departments regarding pertinent requests from the guest rooms.
Requirements: The ideal candidate will have recent Front Desk experience, preferrably in a Supervisory role, or a minimum of 1 year as a Front Desk Agent in a similar size & style of Hotel operation. He or she will have proven detail orientation, organizational & multi-tasking skills as well as have a desire for career development in the Hospitality Industry. Candidate must have an excellent business presence, positive attitude, & be a team player. Strong computer skills, excellent verbal & written communication skills & a polished appearance.
This position requires the ability to work a flexible schedule, includng weekends, nights, & holidays.
