Training Opportunities
The Host Committee has prepared two virtual trainings to help prepare our community for the World Cup. In addition, they have also approved the FIFA North Texas Hospitality Certificate program which will be conducted in person. Please only attend one of each session after checking your calendars, it will be on a first come first served basis.

FIFA North Texas Hospitality Certificate Program
We will be welcoming the world to North Texas and want to ensure we are prepared and aware of international cultures and traditions while providing the highest level of customer service for a memorable experience. This is a special in-person training that will be available throughout North Texas. This program also will count towards 1.5 CEU's for the hospitality industry.
